Recommend Candidate for PSA Nominating Committee
Per the Bylaws of the Philosophy of Science Association (Art. IV, §§5), biennially in odd numbered years the Governing Board shall nominate at least six individuals to stand for election to the Nominating Committee.
THIS FORM CAN BE USED TO SUGGEST SOMEONE TO THE GOVERNING BOARD TO CONSIDER AS A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR ELECTION TO THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE. Your suggestions will be passed on to the Governing Board of the PSA.
In addition nominations may be made by any FIFTEEN FULL OR RETIRED MEMBERS of the Association. THIS FORM SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR FORMAL NOMINATIONS MADE BY 15 FULL OR RETIRED MEMBERS. If you are formally nominating someone (along with 14 other Full or Retired members of the PSA,
Only members of the PSA may suggest a candidate, and only FULL or RETIRED members of the PSA are eligible to run for PSA office.
